You can't have a shy kid/troll with a mohawk/afro, (Tavros being that one exception) the appearance of your OC depends on his/her personality. The personality of your OC helps you create your OC. I am not saying you CAN'T do it, I'm just saying, you better have a real good explanation why SHE'S (not he) is a fushia-blood. In addition to this, I would like to discouraged making your OC a fuchsia-blood(Feferi and Meenah's blood color) because there's only one Troll of that blood color and they are to be the empress(not emperor) of all the Trolls. You can say your character met them before they entered the Medium(the game) and that's about it. Especially for the Trolls, seeing that they are raised by wild animals and only know of their ancestors. You are not allowed to say your OC is the brother/sister/cousin/mother/father/whatever to any of the canon characters of Homestuck. Ok, this is where I crush most of your dreams, fanfics, etc.
In addition, black and white are not colors in the hemospectrum, no ifs, buts, or maybes. This does not make sense in anyway since that 'blood-color' is not canon and your OC would be culled for having candy red blood (Karkat's mutant blood color) in the mix. For kid names, I feel like it's a non-spoken rule that the first names are four characters and the last names are a minimum of six-seven characters long.
